Kylie Yacuzzo, MSW, LCSW

Hi, I’m Kylie Yacuzzo, LCSW — a licensed clinical social worker and private practice therapist based in North Carolina. I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, neurodiversity (including autism spectrum), and identity-related challenges.

With a background in both clinical practice and community mental health, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to my work. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—one that honors your lived experience, inner wisdom, and capacity for growth. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and strengths-based methods, always tailored to your unique needs and values.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered. Whether you're working through grief, trying to better understand your emotions, or seeking healthier ways to manage stress, I’m here to support you with compassion and practical tools.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m passionate about mental health education and advocacy.

If you’re ready to begin or curious about taking the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
