Meet Matt Fagan, LCMHCA, at Carolina Mental Health. Offering online therapy in North Carolina for ages 10+ addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life changes.

Hi, I’m Matt!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I believe everyone has the ability to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and create meaningful changes in their lives. Sometimes, we just need a little extra support and the right tools to get there.

I work with children ages 10 and older, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral challenges, low self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is laid-back, genuine, supportive, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel understood.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring my approach to each person's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll focus on building healthy coping skills, strengthening confidence, navigating challenges, and creating positive changes that last.

My goal is simple: to help you recognize your strengths, feel more confident in yourself, and move forward with the tools and support you need. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We'll work through it together!

I provide virtual therapy throughout North Carolina through Carolina Mental Health, PLLC.
